coached and mentored by an SDR leader with over a decade of SDR experience
who was the first employee at one of the fastest-growing SDR agencies. She grew with the company from startup to 100+ employees, personally booking countless appointments, closing deals, and training/ramping dozens of SDRs. Role Description Your primary focus will be
generating qualified appointments for the founder to close . Key responsibilities include: Generating leads via
cold outbound prospecting Following up via
phone calls and Looms
until you book a qualified sales appointment Handing off the meetings to the founder/closer +
optimizing for highest closing rate (%) Your main
KPI is to book 15-20+ meetings per month , which enables the founder to send 9+ qualified proposals to prospects per month. Who You'll Be Selling To (example niche) Women-owned businesses 5+ employees with established operations $2-3M annual revenue with $250k marketing budget Marketing team is overworked or no one owns the marketing function Can also sell to: businesses with ~$10k+ digital marketing budgets & also smaller SMBs that might need some digital marketing services a-la-carte What You'll Do Day-to-Day Build lead lists targeting local businesses needing digital marketing services Launch multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone Follow up with phone calls and Loom videos to prospects interested in websites, SEO, social, and email campaigns Keep CRM up-to-date and organized with detailed prospect intelligence Collaborate with founder/closer to maximize close rate percentage What We're Looking For 6+ months B2B cold outbound experience (sales/business development role) Multi-channel sequences that must include LinkedIn/Sales Navigator Organized self-manager interested in growth and leadership within the company after proving herself Why This Role? Lucrative Earnings Structure: Base: $20-23/hour competitive hourly rate SQO Bonuses: Innovative commission structure on Sales Qualified Opportunities New Business: 5% commission on closed deals you source (in addition to SQO bonuses) Total Potential: Part-time OTE of $36k-48k...
