Key Responsibilities
Receive weekly BCBA supervision and participate in clinical tasks such as intakes, discharges, and collection of unrestricted hours
Engage in structured training aligned with BACB Task List competencies and ethical standards
Accurately collect behavioral data and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Work closely with supervising BCBAs and a collaborative team committed to the organization’s core values

You must currently be enrolled in a graduate-level ABA course and working towards your BCBA certification You are enrolled or have completed graduate-level ABA courses, and are actively working towards certification as a BCBA Have an active RBT certification with the BACB or willing to obtain certification Previous experience working with children in educational, clinical, or caregiving settings Compensation & Benefits No Cost Supervision Hours Pay: $25-$30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion Clear and supported pathway to BCBA certification, with a competitive salary offered upon certification Employee tuition discounts available through partnerships with several universities Start your career with an opportunity to become a certified RBT May reimburse exam fees in alignment with employment expectations 15 days PTO
