We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and people-focused Office Manager to support our CEO and COO, and to manage our small but dynamic Boston-based office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. They should be capable of juggling roles with minimal supervision and enjoy supporting a diverse team.

Assist the CEO and COO with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and note-taking during calls and meetings.

Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including logistics, agendas, and materials.

Support payroll and HR functions, including onboarding and compliance.

Manage incoming calls and guest reception.

Oversee office supplies inventory, reorder as needed, and manage costs.

Organize office celebrations and events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in our Boston office 3 days per week.
