We have an exciting opportunity available for a Territory Business Manager (TBM). This individual will maximize the sale of the clients' Diabetes products within the geographic territory, and drive sales growth in line with the brand strategy. The successful Territory Business Manager will be accountable to: Achieving identified territory sales goals whilst observing and applying full adherence to all company compliance policies and procedures including messages consistent with FDA label. Demonstrating total customer engagement through account management, developing relationships, and creating value by providing perspectives on treatment gaps and effective sales presentations. Aligning territory growth to business unit strategy and utilizing available tactics/resources. Solving customer challenges by translating clinical data into a patient-specific picture of product attributes, maintaining knowledge of latest clinical data, industry changes, and medical data, and communicating this information in a compliant manner. Demonstrating strong working knowledge of Type 1 & 2 diabetes, the competitive treatment landscape, and treatment guidelines. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. 1-3 years of diabetes pharmaceutical sales experience or a clinical background in diabetes (e.g., PharmD, NP, CDE, RN). Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Must reside within territory boundaries. Track record of documented sales growth. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience selling in a complex and competitive environment. Pre-existing endocrinology relationships in the territory/geography. Strong knowledge of Type 1 & 2 diabetes, treatment landscape, and guidelines. Judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze options and decide on a course of action.
