Aldridge Electric What We Are Looking For A Safety Manager to join our Transportation team. The Safety Professional serves in a dual role: providing expert support, guidance, and motivation to operations management and employees at all levels, and being a “hands-on” partner in delivering safety initiatives to develop a safety culture supporting Incident and Injury Free (“Nobody Gets Hurt”). Your role at Aldridge will be to champion the Incident & Injury Free culture, lead safety initiatives across regions, and ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, and other regulations. What You’ll Do Promote and steward our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture and Core Values Provide safety coaching, counseling, and advice to management to ensure a safe work environment Assist in safety training related to transportation operations Act as a safety motivator for management and employees Review subcontractor safety programs and conduct safety policy analyses Conduct site visits and monitor safety practices Participate in safety meetings and incident investigations Support project teams in developing safe work plans and expectations Identify and schedule safety training; ensure proper documentation Travel across projects within your region to provide safety support Implement safety systems for new projects Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years’ experience in construction safety and occupational health Willingness to travel Professional safety certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, CUSP) Ability to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of OSHA and federal safety regulations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Who We Are At Aldridge, your skills are valued as we build infrastructure that keeps the world moving. What We Offer Annual base pay ranges from $90,000 to $135,000, depending on experience and location, with potential vehicle allowance and bonuses.
