The RVPO manages daily operations, providing leadership to community management teams and regional leaders, ensuring quality care, fostering partnerships, enhancing revenue, and achieving business goals. They will help communities set and meet sales and revenue targets and communicate strategic objectives effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee daily operations of multiple senior living facilities, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Recruit, hire, develop, and evaluate team members to foster a collaborative culture. Ensure management teams deliver exceptional resident care and meet financial goals. Develop long-term strategic objectives. Manage budgets, cash flow, occupancy, and financial reports. Lead the full continuum of care. Build strategic partnership networks. Handle operational management, fiscal oversight, employee development, quality improvement, vendor relations, and culture. Maintain resident and staff satisfaction. Implement policies and procedures exceeding regulatory standards. Conduct compliance rounds assessing care quality, environment, regulations, and policies. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, healthcare, hospitality, or related field. Experience, Skills, and Competencies: 7-10 years of leadership in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and senior living systems. Effective time management, initiative, and judgment. Excellent communication, motivation, professionalism, and attitude. Experience in hiring and developing leadership teams. Experience building medical and community partnerships. Experience with acquisitions or new openings is a plus. Operational and financial success, strategic thinking, and business planning skills. Visionary leadership qualities. Additional Requirements Availability for evenings and weekends as needed. Willingness to travel up to 75% within the region.
