This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a close-knit team dedicated to enhancing the partner experience. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the success of these partnerships, contributing directly to the company’s overall growth. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on a global scale!
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. Consolidate meeting notes and summaries, driving action items to completion. Analyze partner performance data, providing valuable insights to the team. Manage program assets and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective. Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of channel programs.
Must-Haves
5+ years of experience working with channel partners and improving their experience. 5+ years of experience with intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). 5+ years of experience creating and presenting impactful presentations. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $61 to $67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
