Kent and Sussex counties Seeking a full-time Program Director to oversee the daily operations of two (2) 24/7 shelters serving domestic violence survivors and their children. Services are trauma-informed, utilizing the Sanctuary Model. Responsibilities include: Ensuring the program and staff provide necessary services; Hiring, training, and supervising staff; Meeting objectives and outcomes specified by funding sources; Managing budgets; Preparing quarterly reports for funders; Participating in committees and task forces; On-call responsibilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, or equivalent experience and education; Two years of experience with individuals with significant trauma histories; Two years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to foster teamwork; Database and report skills.
