Proven Experience:

10+ years in business development and sales, ideally in consulting, technology, or software sectors. Strategic Mindset:

A proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies. Industry Expertise:

Experience working with or within AI, data analytics, or tech-driven companies. Results-Oriented:

Proactive mindset focused on closing deals and achieving targets. Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify market opportunities and understand customer needs. Network:

Established connections with industry leaders across various sectors. Exceptional Communication:

Fluency in German and English, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed to represent the company. Nice to have:

Knowledge of the

Mittelstand market

and its dynamics. Familiarity with

CRM tools

and sales software. Background in

consulting

or solution-based sales. Understanding of

digital transformation processes . Your key responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and acquire new clients in the DACH region, leveraging your existing network. Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve growth targets. Relationship Building:

Foster long-term client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies. Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations and close contracts successfully. Market Analysis:

Monitor trends and competitive landscapes to refine strategies. Representation:
