We lead the Overseas IT strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution, striving to satisfy our internal/external customers and become a world-class global IT team. We are seeking a passionate Business System Analyst specialized in Workday HCM, focusing on HR HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Absence. This role involves working closely with our Overseas IT and China HQ HR teams to design, build, and operate top-tier HCM, Payroll, and Compensation applications, delivering a simple, sleek, cohesive digital employee experience. This is crucial for supporting Tencent’s growth in overseas markets including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia (excluding Greater China). Responsibilities:

Act as domain expert in HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business processes. Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Absence modules. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective Workday Recruiting solutions. Design and configure recruiting workflows, job requisitions, candidate tracking, and onboarding processes within Workday. Provide technical leadership and expertise in Workday Recruiting, ensuring best practices and system support for hiring needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Absence modules. Perform system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Recruiting modules efficiently. Prepare estimates and test plans based on functional requirements. Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in production. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to recruiting and support integrations. Stay updated with Workday features and implement improvements. Facilitate review sessions with stakeholders and provide solution options with recommendations. Drive the design, configuration, and deployment of new projects and system enhancements. Support change management and go-live activities. Requirements:

Experience across at least 5 HCM modules such as Core, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Benefits, Analytics, Calculated fields. Experience with full lifecycle implementations and upgrades. Support experience in HCM SaaS environments. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Motivated to learn continuously with a positive attitude. Adaptability to change. Strong work ethic, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with system integrations, especially Payroll systems or Workday Payroll. Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree; MS/MBA preferred. Location: California The base pay range is $92,400 to $193,200 annually, with potential additional benefits such as sign-on bonus, relocation, stock units, and other benefits depending on the specific role.
