Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis and issue documentation. Work with business stakeholders to review and resolve these issues. Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile methodology is a MUST. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio.
