Digital Consultants seeks a Rapid Response Team Lead to support the high-priority, mission-essential response needs of the DISA J6 ETM 2.0 contract. The Rapid Response Team Lead will manage all aspects of urgent task execution, including break-fix efforts, VIP/GO quarters support, and critical incident resolution. This role requires swift coordination with stakeholders, technical leads, and other support teams to deliver rapid, effective service restoration and maintain operational continuity. The Rapid Response Team Lead will ensure alignment with contract timelines, deliverables, and quality expectations, particularly for time-sensitive and high-visibility requirements. Duties to include: Lead deployment and tasking of personnel for urgent response efforts. Support VIP/GO quarters with classified and unclassified communications setup. Coordinate with JNOSC, network engineering, and service response teams. Monitor all man-hours, resources, and deliverables for rapid response tasks. Track and report monthly performance metrics to Government stakeholders. Ensure all actions meet DISA and DoD standards and mission expectations. Requirements Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required) Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI Clearance Years of Experience: 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager 3+ years in DoD IT environment Certification Requirements: Project Management Professional Certification (minimum) IAT II certification Experience Requirements: Proven self-management and team-management skills Demonstrated experience with monitoring and controlling project budgets Demonstrated managerial, leadership and communication skills. Physical Requirements:
The candidate must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., move a case of paper or similar task) that may occur on occasion. Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000.
