Providing Team Leadership:
Lead managers and staff to foster cooperation, accountability, and growth. Ensure fair treatment, provide training, and support employee development. Supervising Resident Care:
Collaborate with the Health Services Director to ensure high-quality care. Family Engagement:
Interact with residents' families promptly and effectively. Regulatory Compliance:
Work with AZ Department of Health to maintain a citation-free community. Operations Management:
Maintain communication with the corporate office regarding property issues and developments. Financial Management:
Report on financial performance and strive to meet occupancy and budget goals. Building Lease Up:
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to attract new residents. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications
Licensed Assisted Living Manager in good standing, familiar with Arizona rules and regulations (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Gerontology, Business, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a memory care setting. Excellent communication skills. Flexible and fun to work with. Additional Details
