We seek a seasoned leader to drive growth in product & supply chain sustainability and transformation advisory services in North America, focusing on Tech, Pharma, and Manufacturing sectors. Role Overview This client-facing role involves leading high-impact engagements, integrating sustainability into clients’ product design & supply chain strategies, engaging with C-suite executives, and managing large-scale transformation programs addressing ESG priorities. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Growth:

Execute ERM’s global SPSC strategy in North America, develop strategic business plans, drive profitable growth, contribute to regional and global strategies, build ERM brand awareness, and recruit talent. Client Engagement:

Build senior-level client relationships, secure and expand project work, and lead large sustainability programs. Service Innovation:

Develop tailored solutions addressing client ESG needs and stay ahead of emerging trends. Collaboration & Cross-Selling:

Leverage ERM’s global network for integrated solutions and promote cross-service opportunities. The Ideal Candidate Ambitious, strategic leader with technical expertise, business acumen, and strong relationship skills. Qualifications include an advanced degree (MBA preferred), proven success in sustainability procurement & supply chain programs, experience with C-suite stakeholders, and sector-specific knowledge.
