We seek a seasoned leader to drive growth in product & supply chain sustainability and transformation advisory services in North America, focusing on Tech, Pharma, and Manufacturing sectors. The role involves leading high-impact client engagements, integrating sustainability into product design & supply chain strategies, engaging with C-suite executives, and managing large-scale transformation programs addressing ESG priorities. Role Overview
This client-facing position contributes to ERM’s regional growth, focusing on sustainability strategy development, operational ESG performance, compliance, and organizational change initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Growth Implement ERM’s global SPSC strategy in North America. Develop strategic plans to expand ERM’s sustainability services regionally. Drive profitable growth through innovative service delivery. Contribute to ERM’s regional and global strategy as a thought leader. Engage in industry forums to enhance ERM’s brand. Collaborate with Talent acquisition to recruit talent. Client Engagement Build senior client relationships, engaging with C-suite leaders. Secure and expand project work, fostering repeat business. Lead large sustainability programs and cross-functional teams. Service Innovation Develop tailored solutions addressing client ESG needs. Identify emerging trends and innovate ERM’s service offerings. Collaboration & Cross-Selling Leverage ERM’s global network for integrated solutions. Promote cross-service offerings to clients. Ambitious, strategic leader with technical expertise, business acumen, and strong client relationship skills at the executive level. Required Qualifications and Skills
Advanced degree preferred (MBA, BA/BS). Proven success in leading sustainability procurement, supply chain, and transformation programs. Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and delivering strategic insights. Strong knowledge of sustainability issues in Tech, Pharma, and Manufacturing.
