The Clinical Services Manager I/II will be the main point of contact for the Cordilleras Health and Healing Center campus, monitoring contracts for all four MHRC providers and the Canyon Vista Co-Housing provider. Responsibilities include overseeing contract deliverables, facilitating bi-weekly meetings, and managing emergency preparedness plans. Location:

The office will be located on the new Cordilleras Health and Healing Center campus, with an expectation to be onsite 4 days a week. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will possess: Extensive experience managing behavioral health programs for adults with mental illness and substance use issues. Strong project management skills. At least three years of responsible experience in behavioral health or related health services, including significant responsibility in program and budget development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Dynamic collaboration skills. Duties: Duties may include, but are not limited to: Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate behavioral services and programs. Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines. Maintain effective working relationships with public and private organizations. Facilitate campus meetings and provide updates on construction and program developments. Negotiate contracts with vendors and monitor fiscal and legal liabilities. Prepare and monitor program budgets. Provide assistance to senior management on program issues. Select, supervise, train, and evaluate staff. Facilitate quality improvement processes to enhance client outcomes. Licensure/Certification: Requires possession of a clinical license in psychology, social work, nursing, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent. Education and Experience: Typical qualifications include: Clinical Services Manager I:

Two years of experience in a mental health program with supervisory experience. Clinical Services Manager II:

Three years of increasingly responsible experience in a mental health program. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of: Public administration and program management principles. Community mental health services and current trends. Laws and regulations governing community mental health care. Organizational and fiscal management. Community resources and funding sources. Skills/Ability to: Analyze complex community mental health issues. Plan and coordinate county-wide programs. Integrate activities to achieve program goals.
