Clinical Services Manager I/II - Cordilleras Health and Healing Center . This role involves overseeing contracts, facilitating meetings, managing campus operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure quality behavioral health services. Salary Range $133,764.80/yr - $193,544.00/yr Note:
The recruitment schedule was amended on July 24, 2024, to extend the Final Filing Date and is now ongoing. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate behavioral health programs and services. Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with policies and funding requirements. Coordinate with public and private organizations, including County departments and advocacy groups. Facilitate campus meetings and participate in redesign meetings. Negotiate contracts and monitor fiscal and legal liabilities. Prepare and manage the program budget. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff and contractors. Lead quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications
Licensure:
Clinical license in psychology, social work, nursing, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent. Experience:
Two years (Manager I) or three years (Manager II) of responsible experience in mental health or related services, including program planning, evaluation, and supervision. Skills and Abilities
Community mental health principles and practices. Program management and community organization. Effective communication with diverse audiences. Collaboration and relationship-building skills. Ability to prepare detailed reports and manage staff and contractors. Application Process Open to all applicants, including current County employees with at least six months of service.
