Contracts Manager

to lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management processes. Key Responsibilities: Review contract documents and provide cost estimates for tenders. Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flows, track changes in design/construction work, variations, and adjust budgets accordingly. Oversee and manage main contract progress claims and subcontract payments, including variation claims. Resolve contract disputes and claims, including assessments for extensions of time and loss/expense claims. Maintain records of all contract-related correspondence and documentation. Communicate contract-related information effectively to all stakeholders. Ensure the timely finalization of main contracts and subcontracts. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Motivated and interested in working within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to independently lead and manage large-scale projects.
