What You’ll Do: Lead and develop a team overseeing demand planning, purchasing, and inventory control to support timely, cost-effective material flow. Drive execution of day-to-day supply chain operations while ensuring alignment with company goals and production timelines. Implement and support the SIOP process, working cross-functionally to align supply and demand. Build and maintain accurate demand and supply plans using historical data, sales input, and market trends. Monitor forecast accuracy and collaborate with sales and operations to adjust as needed. Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, pricing negotiations, and contract reviews. Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure reliability and quality. Qualifications, partial list: Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Strong leadership and management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, production, and logistics. Proficient in using data analytics tools and software to analyze inventory performance, demand patterns, and key metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
