: $150K-$160K (some flexibility depending on qualifications)

Position Summary: The Director of Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier management, to ensure seamless production and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in chemical manufacturing supply chains, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize processes and costs. The Director will manage global supplier relationships, drive continuous improvement, and oversee critical commodities, including precious metals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand, capacity, and inventory targets. Lead SIOP meetings to align demand and supply strategies. Oversee procurement of raw materials, chemicals, catalysts, and precious metals. Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor global market trends to mitigate risks. Drive supplier performance management, audits, and corrective actions. Optimize inventory levels and working capital. Support new product introductions and transitions with material readiness. Lead and mentor a cross-functional supply chain team. Utilize ERP/MRP (SAP preferred) and data analytics for scenario modeling and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in chemical or process manufacturing. Proven leadership experience in multi-plant or multi-site environments. Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management. APICS certification and SAP proficiency preferred. Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
