We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join Ryan Companies as a Reality Capture Manager, focusing initially on our Mission Critical sector and expanding into broader enterprise support. This role is key to operationalizing and scaling Ryan's reality capture program within our construction technology ecosystem. The Reality Capture Manager will lead efforts to digitize the jobsite, transforming real-world conditions into digital assets for safety analysis, construction coordination, progress validation, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include implementing data capture systems like imagery, 360° photography, laser scanning, drones, ground robotics, GPR, and other sensors. The role requires collaboration with field operations, VDC teams, Data Analytics, and AI to leverage this data for project insights. Ideal candidates will have 7–12 years of industry and geospatial experience, with a proven ability to use digital tools for solving construction challenges, and a desire to lead a growing enterprise program. The role demands strategic thinking, hands-on technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to articulate ROI of reality capture initiatives to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute capture activities on active jobsites, collaborating with project teams. Deploy and operate capture technologies such as drones, laser scanners, total stations, and GPR equipment. Process and align captured data with project systems and ensure accuracy. Support teams with actionable insights from raw data for decision-making. Train field staff on capture systems and maintain equipment readiness. Develop standardized workflows and SOPs for enterprise-wide capture processes. Evaluate and adopt new capture technologies. Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure data aligns with project workflows. Measure and communicate ROI through KPIs and case studies. Lead program growth, team development, and manage departmental budgets. Qualifications:
