Strategic support, oversight, and deployment of fundraising teams focused on expanding into new markets. Collaborate with national, divisional, and Chapter staff to develop new committees, events, and chapter boards in emerging markets. Lead and deploy to new markets for development work. Partner with division leaders to prioritize markets aiming for $1.5M revenue impact in year one. Develop and execute plans for launching new fundraising events. Drive revenue growth through diversified, sustainable strategies. Recruit, manage, and support leadership volunteers and committees. Coordinate with chapter staff to align activation strategies with organizational standards. Assess opportunities, develop activation plans, and ensure sustainable revenue retention. Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities

Support promotion of research, advocacy, and clinical trial engagement. Lead a team of managers in new market development. Utilize online tools and CRM systems for tracking activities. Represent Breakthrough T1D professionally, maintaining organizational integrity. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Participate actively in leadership teams, providing mentorship and operational direction. Qualifications

7+ years in a matrixed organization in the disease space, preferably with a chapter-based, event-heavy background. 3+ years in a supervisory role (preferred). Proven success in fundraising roles with over $1M revenue responsibility. Experience leading large-scale events and managing donor relationships. Self-motivated, collaborative, and excellent communicator. Ability to inspire and lead teams, work independently, and handle diversified tasks. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. College degree or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. Compensation Target salary: $85,000 - $100,000 base. Physical & Other Requirements Must meet physical demands, with accommodations available as needed.
