Responsibilities
Conduct outreach and engagement within a designated functional area. Analyze reports to assess programmatic efficiencies and value. Develop and deliver contract, departmental, project, and financial reports to clients, partners, and stakeholders. Support partnership engagement by planning, coordinating, and executing conferences, symposiums, and events. Contribute to operational and strategic communication plans to promote client programs. Coordinate and facilitate engagement with senior officials and executives from public, private sectors, and academia. Prepare briefings, talking points, and point papers aligned with the client's strategic partnership plan. Possess experience with Insider Threat and OPSEC protocols. Serve as a technical liaison with partners. Facilitate working group meetings and prepare post-meeting reports and summaries. Utilize NarQuest to process and monitor service requests. Qualifications
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required. BS degree plus 18 years of experience, MS/MA plus 10+ years, or no degree with 24+ years of experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in partnership engagement and outreach preferred. Experience working within the Intelligence Community is desirable.
