Brand (30%) : Supervise and support associates’ daily goals to deliver excellent customer experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and foster customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met, act as the main contact for customer issues, and analyze store trends. People (30%) : Engage, train, and develop teams. Recruit actively, identify strengths and opportunities for associates, and maintain positive relations and communication. Promote diversity and inclusion. Operations (30%) : Ensure execution of company processes, utilize digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment, manage inventory, schedule staff, and follow store procedures. Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) : Maintain a safe environment, protect assets, ensure compliance with policies, and analyze reports for shrink and damages. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 or older Preferably 3+ years retail experience and 1+ year management experience Effective team leadership and communication skills Scheduling availability Cosmetology license is desirable but not required Core Competencies
