We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Program and Project Management to join our Archer team. This role is in Berwyn, PA- Hybrid
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Collaborate with onboarding and client service teams to understand client challenges and explore opportunities for improvement. Elicit and analyze client requirements, working with product development and software engineering to design practical solutions. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), client-facing standard solution guides, and internal customization directories. Act as a liaison between client-facing teams and engineering, ensuring alignment throughout the solution delivery process. Investigate and resolve unexpected behaviors in client-specific solutions by collaborating with software engineers. Analyze large, complex datasets to troubleshoot issues, answer client inquiries, and support data-driven decision-making. Work with project management to estimate tasks, scope solutions, and manage delivery timelines effectively.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10-12 years of experience in business systems analysis, including requirement elicitation, data analysis, and solution design. Proficiency with SQL and experience using business intelligence tools to query and analyze data. Experience working closely with software engineering teams on technical projects. Familiarity with the investment management industry and an understanding of its challenges and opportunities. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a clear, concise writing and speaking style. Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and best practices. Familiarity with modern tools and platforms used in investment management technology. Exposure to process improvements or mentoring team members.
