We’re seeking a Vice President, Program and Project Management I to join our Archer team. This role is based in Berwyn, PA, with a hybrid work arrangement in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
Leading onboarding and implementation of new clients Articulating client business drivers, current state, and service requirements to define the future state Creating project scope, charters, business requirements, workflows, and other artifacts Planning, designing, and implementing tactical and strategic initiatives Developing expertise in the Archer platform, including technical and process workflows Building relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and SMEs Leading meetings and providing project status updates and milestones Holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables and progress Tracking projects, managing tasks, and ensuring deliverables Managing expectations and discussions across organizational levels Developing detailed implementation plans considering internal and external needs Contributing to weekly project status reports Implementing client requirements within approved project timelines Traveling minimally, as needed for client engagements To be successful, you should have:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred 5-7 years of project management experience in buy-side investment management (preferred) Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget PMP certification preferred Strong dedication to quality client service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure Ability to articulate Archer’s capabilities and recommend process improvements Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools Experience with project management software like Asana Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills Experience working under tight deadlines, producing accurate results, and mitigating risks Our awards include:
