Requirements At least 15 years of commercial claims experience; surplus lines knowledge is a plus. At least 10 years of experience managing teams, including remote staff. Strong knowledge of claims handling, coverage, litigation, and insurance operations. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
