Vice President

to lead a commercial property and casualty claims team, focusing on excess and surplus lines. The position is based in Scottsdale, AZ, overseeing managers across the department and supporting overall company performance. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the claims department such as staffing, training, performance reviews, setting quality standards, guiding claims strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, system improvements, overseeing litigation, and reviewing large losses. Requirements At least 15 years of commercial claims experience; surplus lines knowledge is a plus. At least 10 years of experience managing teams, including remote staff. Strong knowledge of claims handling, coverage, litigation, and insurance operations. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
