Quality Lead – 1st Shift | Fort Myers, FL Location: Fort Myers, FL Pay: $20–21/hr + 100% employer-paid medical plan & generous PTO Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fort Myers is seeking a
Quality Lead
to join their team. This is a full-time, first-shift role with excellent benefits and real opportunities for advancement. What You’ll Be Doing: Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure smooth, efficient workflow Train and re-train team members as needed Develop, implement, and improve quality inspection processes at various production stages Ensure quality checkpoints are clearly defined, effective, and strategically placed Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years of lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational and communication skills Hands-on, proactive leadership style Passion for quality and process improvement Why Join This Team?
