About the Role: Bristol Wave is seeking a sharp, hands-on FP&A Manager for a

hybrid role blending financial planning & analysis with systems integration and reporting automation . This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between the numbers and the tech stack. The initial focus will be leading the finance side of our ERP implementation, building out management reporting infrastructure, and helping modernize our processes across procurement, accounts payable, and analytics. This is an on-site position. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Systems Integration Serve as the finance lead in the selection and implementation of a new ERP system—we are currently evaluating

NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations on ERP configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live readiness Help design and implement ERP-integrated processes for procurement, accounts payable, and inventory tracking Data Warehousing & Reporting Establish a financial and operational data warehouse to consolidate information from ERP, legacy systems, and other data sources Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for management and operational reporting Develop reporting that enables vessel-level performance tracking, cost variance analysis, and consolidated financial views FP&A and Business Support Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on automation and standardization Perform detailed financial modeling, including scenario planning and profitability analysis Create tools and templates that drive consistent insights across teams and vessels Process Automation & Procurement Identify and implement automation opportunities in core finance processes, including AP, GL close, and monthly reporting Build out and oversee a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process within the ERP system in collaboration with purchasing and operations Drive policy and process standardization to improve efficiency and control Compensation : · $130,000 to $160,000 base, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus 5+ years of progressive FP&A, finance systems, or business intelligence experience Experience with ERP selection and implementation—familiarity with

NetSuite and/or Business Central

is strongly preferred Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL (or similar), and Excel-based financial modeling Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects involving finance, operations, and IT Experience in the seafood or manufacturing industries is a plus, but not required You’re a fit if you: Can straddle the strategic and the tactical, from whiteboarding architecture to building dashboards yourself Are passionate about using technology to solve problems, not just document them Have the humility to learn and the confidence to lead Know that done is better than perfect—but clean data is critical
