The Role: The Strategic Partnership Lead will sit within Shipday’s Go To Market team and manage some of our most significant and strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll develop, cultivate, and scale partnership initiatives to drive substantial impact for Shipday and our partners. Strategic partnerships at Shipday influence Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and regular communication with leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage partnership initiatives aligned with Shipday’s business objectives, ensuring delivery of measurable results. Present partnership goals, strategic updates, and performance metrics (including revenue growth, user acquisition, and product adoption) to the leadership team. Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with strategic partners, acting as their primary point of contact. Renew, negotiate, and expand partnership agreements, ensuring mutual success. Analyze partnership effectiveness through data-driven insights, making adjustments to maximize outcomes. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to integrate partnership initiatives and shape the product roadmap. Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and events to identify partnership opportunities and represent Shipday externally. Partner with Sales teams to support strategic customer engagements as needed. Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or similar roles. Proven track record in managing and expanding strategic partnerships. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate across diverse internal teams. Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and partner meetings. Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments preferred. Compensation:
