Inventory Planners
to work for our client in Everett, WA! Title: Inventory Planners Pay Rate: $30.00/hour 9-month Contract role with possibility of extension/conversion Location: ONSITE in Everett, WA Shift Options
: Sun–Wed 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Wed–Sat 7:00 AM–5:30 PM Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Sun–Wed 3:00 PM–1:30 AM Wed–Sat 3:00 PM–1:30 AM The Inventory Planner will support satellite production by managing materials and inventory. This includes receiving, storing, picking, and kitting materials using SAP/ERP systems, and moving items between sites. You’ll interact with teams like procurement, quality, and planning. Key Responsibilities Process and manage materials for production and development. Use SAP and other ERP software to track materials. Identify and report system/process issues. Train new team members. Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Follow safety and quality standards. Work cross-functionally with internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of experience in inventory planning, assembly, and/or buying. Proficient in Excel; SAP or other ERP experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (due to export control laws). Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting with no air conditioning. Comfortable in start-up, adaptable environment.
