About Walmart Global Tech & Health & Wellness We are seeking a

Director of Product Management

to lead the digital strategy and product roadmap for Walmart’s Health & Wellness (H&W) Common Capabilities. This includes messaging, analytics, identity, and consent. You will define and deliver omni-channel experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in vision care. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

Define and communicate the digital product vision, own the multi-year roadmap, and drive innovation in healthcare identity, consent, and messaging. Execution & Delivery:

Lead product teams, translate insights into solutions, ensure integration with systems, monitor performance, and manage the product lifecycle. Collaboration & Influence:

Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams, present to stakeholders, and build relationships with vendors and internal teams. Customer & Market Focus:

Use data and research to understand needs, ensure compliance, and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications

10+ years in product management, with 3+ years in senior leadership. Experience managing digital healthcare or retail products at scale. Knowledge of the vision care/optical industry or health tech preferred. Leadership in agile environments, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. Preferred Skills

Experience with EHR/EMR, HIPAA compliance, AI, and personalization technologies. Walmart offers competitive pay, bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, and other benefits. The annual salary range is $130,000 - $260,000, with additional performance bonuses and stock options. Minimum Qualifications Options include a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with 11+ years of product management experience or 13+ years of experience in the field. Advanced degrees and supervisory experience are valued. Knowledge of accessibility standards and creating inclusive digital experiences is a plus.
