Sr.
Compliance Analyst
role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below: Provide expert guidance and leadership on export compliance and enforcement under ITAR and AECA regulations administered by the Department of State. Review and oversee registrant compliance, enforcement cases, and administrative investigations. Support law enforcement agencies on criminal investigations related to export violations. Maintain and update compliance databases and manage interagency coordination. Conduct outreach and training to industry and government partners on export compliance. Interpret export control laws and regulations, ensuring timely referral and resolution of violations. ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with
10+ years of demonstrated expertise in export compliance and enforcement related to ITAR and AECA
. Deep and authoritative knowledge of U.S. export control laws, particularly the Department of State’s regulations and policies. Proven ability to independently manage complex compliance programs and lead special projects with minimal supervision. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, well-reasoned reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with a track record of prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent assignments under strict deadlines. Experience engaging with government agencies, law enforcement, and private sector stakeholders at various levels. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and common office technologies. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Must currently hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
