Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates. # Salary up to S$3500/month # Monday – Fridays, Office Hours A company, a manufacturer of consumer products, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Supply Chain Management Executive. Job Responsibilities: Review and confirm that the customer's Letter of Credit (L/C) terms are acceptable and manageable. Record the details in the SAP system and L/C Google Form, and share the information with the Sales Department. Ensure all required shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, Insurance application, Manufacturer’s letter, etc.) are accurately prepared and comply with the customer’s requirements. Submit original shipping documents to the bank promptly for L/C negotiation, send documents to the customer via courier if needed, and provide electronic copies as required. Order Management and Order Fulfilment Liaise with Vendors, Sales Department to ensure on time shipment arrangement. Coordinate with Vendors, Sales, and SCM for timely inventory replacement and delivery. Manage 3PL warehouse storage and resolve inventory discrepancies in SAP. Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure proper storage per standards. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies. Handle shipping instructions, import/export documentation, and insurance claims. Verify vendor invoices and submit to Finance with required documents. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document filing for audits. Support mid/year-end stock takes and update SAP after reconciliation. Job Requirements: Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is preferred Experience in SAP preferred Looking for a new job or career opportunity?
