Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements. • Coordinate with 3PL partners on all logistics arrangements and resolve any issues for both inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Prepare sales orders and invoices for Singapore consignment operations. • Perform monthly stock balance reconciliations for consignment inventory with Singapore distributors and e-commerce partners. Monitor, coordinate, and execute inventory transactions in the ERP system. • Process and track customer purchase orders across APAC, including issuing invoices and credit notes, verifying PO pricing, and highlighting any discrepancies to the sales team. Coordinate with Finance to ensure payment completion. • Maintain up-to-date shipping records and provide shipment tracking or history details to customers upon request. • Ensure that all shipping documents and required regulatory approvals are completed accurately before dispatching products. • Prepare and generate reports for internal management and external stakeholders, such as inventory status reports and accurate weekly sales updates. • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Operations Management. • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, distribution, and operations management. • Knowledge of export documentation and letter of credit processes. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint). • Familiarity with ERP systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A proactive team player with good communication skills.
