Job Title: Front Desk SupervisorOverall Responsibilities The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate must be able to stand for the full shift, with breaks. Frequent reaching with hands and arms, occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling are also required. The associate must regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally over 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities needed include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment

Coordinate and facilitate department meetings and attend leadership meetings. Train and develop staff, administer discipline, and conduct reviews. Participate in external committees/activities. Manage scheduling and payroll for the department. Essential Functions

Use guest names, listen attentively, and focus on each guest during interactions. Display aggressive hospitality skills: greet guests warmly, speak courteously, show genuine interest, and anticipate needs. Take ownership of guest issues and resolve them. Manage day-to-day Front Desk activities and shift operations. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, banking, shift closing, and support functions. Maintain guest hospitality standards at all times. Train front desk staff as needed. Stock the Suite Shop and manage inventory. Run CRM reports and pre-check-in HHONORS guests. Handle discipline, counseling, and guest complaints appropriately. Ensure equipment functionality and report issues immediately. Complete supervisor checklists and control overtime. Understand room sales strategies and promotions. Lead daily Rooms Control operations, maintain personal hygiene and proper uniform, and pass relevant information to the next shift. Language skills: Ability to interpret safety and operation manuals, keep logs, and communicate effectively with guests and staff. The hotel operates 24/7; flexibility in shifts is required. Business and weather conditions may affect weekly hours. All associates must fulfill reasonable requests from management. Interviewed with AGM, HR, and GM. College degree preferred. A high rating on recent reviews and no warnings in last six months are desirable. Work Environment

Exposure to mechanical parts, outdoor weather, vibration, fumes, chemicals, and loud noise is possible.
