A law firm seeks a dedicated Corporate Associate to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate law and alternative entity practice, with a strong focus on transactional work. Duties: Assist in drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements. Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters. Collaborate with clients to structure and execute transactions effectively. Support senior attorneys in managing case files and client relationships. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience at a law firm. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is preferred. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
