Senior Project Manager
to lead the integration of systems and processes resulting from mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition and synergy realization across business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing cross-functional projects within a complex enterprise environment, with deep expertise in post-merger integration, business process harmonization, and enterprise systems alignment (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS). Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for acquired entities, focusing on business systems (ERP, CRM, financial platforms) and operational processes. Develop detailed project plans, integration roadmaps, and status reports for executive stakeholders. Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Systems, and Operations teams to align and integrate systems and workflows. Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks and dependencies across business functions. Facilitate change management and communication strategies to support integration efforts. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and capture expected synergies and cost savings. Serve as the primary contact for integration-related issues during M&A execution. Monitor KPIs to evaluate integration progress and business impact post-close. Manage budgets, timelines, and third-party vendors or consultants involved in the integration. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred. 7–10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on M&A integration or enterprise transformation. Expertise in system migrations, data integration, and business process optimization. Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and data governance principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Experience
Experience in integrating operations of acquired companies across multiple technology areas. Familiarity with post-merger integration tools and frameworks. Background in consulting or corporate development is a plus. Pay Range (Applicable to California): $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 depending on experience. Why Join Nextracker
