Position Overview
QinetiQ US seeks an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Manager responsible for managing subcontracts, task orders, and amendments. The role involves negotiating teaming agreements and strategic alliances, reviewing solicitations, and providing outsourcing recommendations. Tasks include pricing negotiations, legal compliance, and subcontract management.
Responsibilities
Develop winning proposals with subcontract partners for campaigns.
Monitor subcontractor performance, deliverables, and payments.
Stay informed on subcontract standards and policies.
Support subcontract negotiations and ensure legal and customer compliance.
Manage subcontract performance and protect company interests.
Coordinate with Program and Supply Chain Managers on subcontract activities.
Communicate subcontract status and compliance updates.
Ensure FAR compliance for all purchases and subcontracts.
Meet program KPIs related to operational availability, inventory, and costs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or technical field, or equivalent experience, plus training in contract law, and 15-20 years of related government supply chain or subcontract administration experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement databases.
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
SECRET or higher security clearance.
