Area Director of Operations
to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and uphold our high standards of hospitality. Area Director Of Operations Salary & Benefits Competitive salary, up to $120K Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Growth opportunities Generous bonus program Responsibilities Lead and manage all restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and top-tier guest experiences. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability. Oversee staffing, training, and team development to maintain a high-performance culture. Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams to uphold quality, consistency, and brand standards. Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls while driving revenue growth. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 5+ years in a multi-unit leadership role within upscale or fine dining establishments. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills. Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
