The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute.
Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
Requirements: Flexible to schedule between 3PM-730PM
Availability to work 15-25hours are a Must Year-Round Availability a
Must Weekend and holiday availability a Must Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments Handling food according to state health codes Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service Teamwork Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes Work in an energetic and face-paced environment Must have the ability to be organized and clean
