Starbucks Barista

Kowalski's and Starbucks offer a combined training program that is devoted to supporting, engaging, and investing in the development of our baristas and emerging leaders. Our hands-on training approach thoroughly educates baristas on how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute.
Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
Store Hours
6 am - 10 pm
Booth Hours
Summer/Spring: 5 am - 8:30 pm
Fall/Winter: 5 am - 7:30 pm
Requirements: Currently 3 positions available :
Opening Shifts ( 5 am call time ) = x2
EX. shift: 5 am - 1 pm
Closing Shifts ( 2 pm call time ) = x1
EX. shift: 2 - 8:30 pm
Available to be scheduled during booth hours year-round a Must Flexible to schedule between
15 - 28hours/week
Must be able to work a
minimum of 15 hours/week year-round
Monday through Friday Availability a Must Availability to work 2-out-of-3 weekend days ( Friday, Saturday, & Sunday ) and holiday availability are a Must Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments Handling food according to state health codes Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service Teamwork Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes Work in an energetic and face-paced environment Must have the ability to be organized and clean
