Software Engineer (Modeling & Simulation)
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Software Engineer (Modeling & Simulation). In this role, you will work as an integral part of a highly motivated team to support the design, development, integration, and test of simulation software and tools. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of C++, Java, Conda, and Python programming and object-oriented design techniques. Must be a self-starter, experience building third-party packages, familiarity with containers, and know about RPMs. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Development or related. Experience with C++ AND Python Experience with integrating and managing 3rd party packages and libraries Experience with containerized development environments (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, Podman) Knowledge of RPMs Experience with Linux Experience with Java Experience with Conda Must be able to obtain AND maintain a security clearance Desired Skills:
