System Integration & Test Engineer
You will be the System Integration & Test Engineer for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) - 5th Generations Platforms System Integration & Test (SI&T) team as a system level functional test and integration engineer related to Sensor-Fusion team. Our team performs mission system capability integration and maturation, verification and validation testing and regression testing for all modernization efforts. What You Will Be Doing: Generation of test plan and test procedure documentation Coordination of test objectives Execution across agile development teams Testing is generally at the system level and performed in hardware-in-the-loop, blended virtual and hardware, and virtual test venues. Although system testing is conducted at the pilot or maintenance professional's usage level, this candidate will specialize in the Sensors functional area with a focus on the Sensor-Fusion for our Advanced Programs. This position will also be responsible for ensuring SI&T follows prescribed engineering processes as well as reviewing those processes for continuous improvements. Employee will be required to support some 2nd shift and weekend work. You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or STEM discipline Experience in lab integration and test Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes System work experience with integration and test of Sensor-Fusion capabilities (RADAR, EW, EO) Desired Skills: Program clearances desired. Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL). Familiarity with Mission Systems architectures. Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test. Experience with Linux Operating Systems. Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems. Hardware-in-the loop Simulation Experience. Systems Engineering Development and Integration experience. Systems Integration Lab development experience. Experienced working with multiple engineering teams. Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers. Technical Experience/Background Experience with developing system requirements, software requirements, or hardware requirements. Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s). Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
