Patch Management Administrator Entry Level
A successful Patch Management Administrator Entry Level candidate will have: A basic understanding of vulnerability management processes Basic knowledge about computer vulnerabilities Ability to learn on the job with the support of more experienced administrators Excellent customer service skills The ideal candidate will have: The ability to read and understand PowerShell scripts Experience with Windows updates, software installation and managing end user devices Microsoft AZ-900 certification Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Utilize the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune and Tanium to deploy updates and applications to endpoint devices. Reporting on software deployment and compliance status. Utilize BMC Remedy or ServiceNow to troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets associated with software deployment and agent health. Document procedures, configurations, and security events related to Patch Management for knowledge sharing and training purposes. Education & Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent Certifications: Required: Security+ or other qualifying IAT II certification Desired: Microsoft AZ-900 certification Security Clearance: Desired: Active Secret Clearance Required: Applicants must have eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.): The primary shift for this position is Saturday - Thursday, 2230 0700; however, this is a 24/7/365 mission, and the ability to support Day, Swing, and Mid shift operations is required. If a temporary schedule change is required to support operations, you will be provided with as much notice as the situation allows. Certification requirements are subject to change at the government's direction. If this occurs, you will have 120 days to become compliant. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
