Is organization, efficiency and helping people your passion? We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting and helping people on a daily basis. Each day has something different to offer when dispatching for our security team! Help people reclaim their lost items, assist in dispatching our resort officers to solve problems and so much more as a Security Dispatcher. Position requires office/clerical skills, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills. Must be highly organized and able to provide great customer service. Duties include dispatching calls for security, assisting with Lost & Found intake, inventory, and other duties as assigned by management. Must be at least 18 and able to work a flexible schedule. Typical Schedule Days: Rotating, Monday-Friday and Saturday-Wednesday Hours: Rotating, typically 8am-4pm and 4pm-12am Core Responsibilities Perform communications through electronic, written, and verbal applications Process and document daily activities to ensure accountability Monitor, dispatch and receive information and distribute calls to security officers, maintenance and housekeeping over a multi-channel radio, phone and other electronic communications Contact appropriate agencies needed (law enforcement, fire and emergency services) for emergencies Process and document Lost & Found inquiries, inventory, log, and process found items Process Resort UPS shipping obtain information and process items for shipping Exhibit exceptional confidentiality with sensitive information and documentation Represent as a Resort Customer Service Ambassador Complete special projects and duties assigned by Security Management Other duties assigned by management For more information, contact Gabriel Diaz at 540-289-3143.
