Scrum Master
CGI Federal is currently seeking a Scrum Master to meet the needs of a Content Management System. This project is a multi-year initiative to modernize the technology, infrastructure, design, and software used by the federal government to author, create, review, manage, publish, and distribute content to both government clients and the public. This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: The SCRUM Master/ Project Manager must demonstrate experience with Agile development methodology and DevOps with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Obtain a Public Trust clearance 10+yrs of experience as an Agile Process SME/Scrum Master. One or more of the following certifications (or equivalent): SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP. Experience working in a multi-team environment (including a mix of contractor and government employees). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Azure DevOps. Ability to act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) as needed. Please note that due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $173,500.00.
