Key duties include data entry into METRC, conducting inventory counts, coordinating logistics, supporting audits, and managing supply levels.Key Responsibilities:Cannabis Inventory:Track and reconcile cannabis inventory in METRCAssist in packaging, labeling, and shippingPrepare audit documentation and support inspectionsNon-Cannabis Inventory:Manage supplies like packaging and cultivation materialsForecast inventory needs and reorder stockMaintain organized storage systemsQualifications:1+ year inventory experience (cannabis, pharma, or manufacturing preferred)Familiarity with METRC and CCC regulations preferredStrong organization, attention to detail, and communication skillsMust be 21+ and pass state background checksWorking Conditions:Physically demanding (lifting up to 50 lbs, long periods standing)Involves work in cultivation and production environmentsMay require extended hours during auditsPreferred (Not Required):Inventory software experience, logistics coordination, warehouse/forklift experienceThis role is ideal for someone organized, compliant-minded, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
