Pay: $20.00/hour Location: Phat Panda Clean driving record required Job Summary: Cannabis Inventory Technician A Cannabis Inventory Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining both cannabis and non-cannabis inventory to ensure compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) regulations and internal procedures. Key duties include data entry into METRC, conducting inventory counts, coordinating logistics, supporting audits, and managing supply levels. Key Responsibilities:

Cannabis Inventory: Track and reconcile cannabis inventory in METRC Assist in packaging, labeling, and shipping Prepare audit documentation and support inspections

Non-Cannabis Inventory: Manage supplies like packaging and cultivation materials Forecast inventory needs and reorder stock Maintain organized storage systems

Qualifications:

1+ year inventory experience (cannabis, pharma, or manufacturing preferred) Familiarity with METRC and CCC regulations preferred Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills Must be 21+ and pass state background checks Working Conditions:

Physically demanding (lifting up to 50 lbs, long periods standing) Involves work in cultivation and production environments May require extended hours during audits Preferred (Not Required): Inventory software experience, logistics coordination, warehouse/forklift experience This role is ideal for someone organized, compliant-minded, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, regulated setting.
