Kitchen Employee responsibilities includes food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen/deli, complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen, customer requests and maintain day to day operations in a timely manner. Responsibilities Help coordinate food orders. Supervise food prep and cooking. Establish portion sizes. Organize food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed.
